1-How do I find my Google review link?
You don't need to. Just send us your business name or your Google Maps link on WhatsApp after you order, and we'll find your review page and connect it for you.
2-Can I change the link later?
Yes. It's linked to your Cardtap profile, so you can point it to a new link anytime from your Cardtap dashboard. No need to buy a new one.
3-What if a customer's phone doesn't have NFC?
They can scan the QR code with their phone camera. It opens the same Google review page.
4-Does it work for any business?
Yes, any business with a Google Business Profile: restaurants, cafés, clinics, salons, gyms, shops and more.
