• 02Does the person receiving my tap need an app?

  No. When someone taps your card or scans the QR code, your profile opens instantly in their phone’s browser — no download, no account, no friction. Works on any modern iPhone or Android.

• 03Which phones are compatible?

  All iPhones from XS (2018) and later have NFC built in — just tap. Android phones with NFC enabled work the same way. If a phone doesn’t have NFC, the QR code on your card does exactly the same job.

• 04What exactly do I get with my card?

  Your card comes with a free digital profile — your own page where you add your contact details, social links, website, WhatsApp, and more. You manage it from your Cardtap dashboard and it stays live as long as you use the card. No monthly fee.

• 05Can I update my profile after I set it up?

  Yes, anytime. Log into your dashboard and change your number, title, links, or photo — changes go live instantly. Your card never needs to be reprinted or replaced.

• 06What happens if I lose my card?

  Go to your dashboard and deactivate the lost card — your profile is protected immediately. Order a replacement and link it to the same profile. Your data stays intact.

• 07Is there a monthly subscription fee?

  No. You pay once for the card. Your digital profile and dashboard are included at no extra cost, with no recurring charges.

• 09How long does delivery take?

  Most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days across Egypt. Bulk and custom-branded orders may take slightly longer — your confirmed timeline will be shared when you order.

• 10What is the difference between plastic and metal cards?

  Both carry the same NFC chip and connect to the same profile. Plastic cards are lightweight, full-colour printable, and ideal for everyday networking. Metal cards are premium, heavier, and engraved — designed to make a stronger first impression.

• 11Can I customize the design with my own logo?

  Yes. For custom-branded cards, send your design or logo to us on WhatsApp after placing your order. Our team will prepare a proof for your approval before production begins. No minimum order required.

• 12What is the difference between laser engraving and UV printing?

  Laser engraving cuts your design directly into the metal — precise, permanent, and monochrome. UV printing applies full-colour ink on top of the card surface — ideal for logos with colour or detailed branding. Both are premium finishes.

• 13What is your return and warranty policy?

  Your card comes with a 3-year warranty and a 14-day return policy. If there is a defect or issue with your order, reach out and we will sort it quickly.

• 14How do I get started after I receive my card?

  You will receive a setup link with your order. Visit your Cardtap dashboard, fill in your profile, and your card is ready to tap. Setup takes under five minutes.
