No. Order as few cards as you need. The more cards you order, the less you pay per card.
When do we get the management dashboard?
The dashboard is free when you order 30 cards or more. Your admin manages every employee profile, your departments and the master profile from one place.
How long does an order take?
It depends on quantity. An order of 30 cards takes about 7 business days. Once we receive your employee list, every profile is usually live within 3 days.
How can we pay?
Pay the way that suits your company. Most companies pay by bank transfer or cheque.
Does the Pro card work with our access system?
The Pro card's access chip works with standard access control systems, including fingerprint attendance terminals like ZKTeco. Tell us which system you use when you request a quote and we'll confirm.
What happens when an employee leaves or joins?
Your admin updates their profile from the dashboard at any time, so people always see the right details. There is nothing to reprint.
What is the difference between the free dashboard and Company Growth?
The free dashboard covers what most teams need: one admin, departments, the master profile and complete employee profiles. Company Growth is our paid plan with advanced tools for bigger teams. We tailor it to your company when you request a quote.
Does the person receiving the tap need an app?
No. Their phone opens the profile in the browser, on iPhone and Android.
