1-Does the person receiving my tap need an app?
No, the recipient doesn't need any app. When they tap your Cardtap card (or scan the QR code), your digital profile opens instantly in their browser on both iPhone and Android devices.
2-Can I update my profile after setup?
Yes. You can update your profile anytime through your Cardtap dashboard. Changes (like phone number, job title, links, or PDFs) are applied instantly without needing to reprint or replace your card.
3-What happens if I lose my card?
You can deactivate your lost card from your dashboard to protect your information. Then, you can link your profile to a new Cardtap card without losing any of your data.
4-How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2 - 4 business days, depending on your location and order size. For bulk or corporate orders, timelines may vary and will be confirmed during the ordering process.
5-How does corporate pricing work?
Corporate pricing is based on quantity. The more cards you order, the lower the cost per card. Companies also get access to a centralized dashboard to manage employee profiles, control information, and view analytics.
