At Cardtap, customer satisfaction is our priority.

If your NFC card has any manufacturing defect or visible flaw, you may return it free of charge, and we will cover all return shipping costs.

You have the right to return or exchange your product within 14 days from the date you receive it.

All return requests are processed within 4 business days after we receive the product.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during checkout.
For example, if you paid using a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent back to that same card.
Please note that card payments may take up to 14 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
